My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally.
They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing.
Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes.

El hotel es antiguo pero esta muy bien mantenido. La pileta no esta climatizada el sauna esta ok y el gym pequeño pero suficiente. El desayuno muy bueno y tienen por aprox 17 dolares almuerzo o cena buffet. La atencion del personal es excelente y la ubicacion perfecta, muy bien conectado con metro y buses.

Nossa experiência no hotel foi excelente! As instalações são ótimas, muito bem cuidadas e confortáveis. O ambiente é extremamente agradável e aconchegante, sempre quentinho, o que fez toda a diferença durante a estadia.
O café da manhã é muito bom, com variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Além disso, o hotel é bem limpo, demonstrando muito cuidado em todos os ambientes.
Outro grande destaque é a equipe: todos os funcionários foram muito gentis, atenciosos e prestativos, sempre nos atendendo com simpatia.
O Hotel é muito bem localizado, tem restaurantes ótimos atras e na rua, amei.
Com certeza recomendamos este hotel e voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui!
